Payment: Full payment due at the time of your order. We accept debit and credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa) payments via Square (payment processing service). We will email you your invoice and you can make your payment via email.
Cupcake Delivery Fee: Waianae, Kapolei, Waipahu & Pearl City/Aiea (starting at $25).
Delivery Days: We currently only deliver orders on weekends.
Lead Time: Please give us at least 7 business days’ notice prior to your event date.
Cancellation: If order is cancelled 3-weeks or more prior to event, 50% of total order price will be refunded. No Refunds on orders cancelled less than 2-weeks prior to event date.
